Art and Technology/Design Architecture

The definition of art&sbquo historically&sbquo is not limited to the fine arts&sbquo music&sbquo or liberal arts. Even medical science and theology were including in art. Engineering can be generalized as a field of study that turns human intelligence acquired from science into skills&sbquo at a general study of technology. However&sbquo the definition of Design Architecture as a fusion of art and engineering is extremely superficial. In contrast engineering as a general study of skill and technology based on science&sbquo design architecture is a mutual interdisciplinary study of artistic technology and technological art equivalent to the very significance and meaning of incorporating of blending the interdisciplinary quality of art into this general study. It would be directly translated as "art & technology" in English&sbquo but originally art and technology both include similar content. We may even say that science is merely a section that branched off from art & technology. The attempt&sbquo therefore&sbquo to reunite art and engineering should be thought as a demand born of our age&sbquo society and global view. That is&sbquo as the technology endorsed by engineering becomes denser and the relationship between human beings and technology becomes more complex&sbquo they become less transparent and the separation of technology from people's lives gives birth to environmental destruction and reduces people's trust in technology. The awareness of this problem and the question of whether artistic solutions can be made gave rise to the interdisciplinary field of art & technology. By substituting art with design and technology with architecture&sbquo the interdisciplinary field of art & technology can be converged into "design architecture." In design & architecture&sbquo design is not the conventional discipline&sbquo but concept and architecture does not mean making building&sbquo but structuring. Design architecture may be defined as the sensible and intelligent study of domains that puts new ideas&sbquo thoughts&sbquo technologies and skills that are concept and structure into an interdisciplinary field&sbquo its objective and purpose is to become a social and practical discipline that solely employs planning and designing.
